Spa endurance

This is Chris Wilson who asked Bloke to join Maria Costello MBE and race at Spa Francorchamps, in their team 'Equipe Rosbif' for the four hour endurance this weekend in the famous "Bikers Classics".Click here to visit the site: Bikers Classics Spa

Here are a few of my favourites of the weekend.

This is the Offenstadt. Kawasaki Z1 1045cc engine.
Chris bought it at this event last year and Paul built it over the couple of weeks before this event, cracking job Paul. Its er different



Frame made in one casting, side plates are adjustable for different engines.

And they are off, qualified 33, Bloke starts the first leg of the 2 1/2 hour saturday race, and yes its raining

After the first lap he is 6th, on the second lap 3rd.

doged by problems in the race came in for repairs and adjustments.

problem with plasticine chain wearing out the swinging arm. needed adjusting everytime even thro qualifing

Day two, Maria starts this leg, from 33rd.

Pit stop rider change, Maria brought bike in in high 20's, and you guessed it it was raining.

Finished, Bloke rode like he stole it and brought it back in 12th for the day.

What a team.Finished 51st overall

To say it was wet would be an under statement, no room at the inn.

Win number one. won by how much thats right 10.66 seconds, good job really as the second place riders team put in a complaint about Bloke having a jump start,10 second penalty, still beat them tho,HA HA.

Win number Two, yes a double class win but more importantly a double outright win against bigger faster bikes, sabina was the smallest cc and hp bike out there
